Contract Management

A contract, in its simplest form, is an agreement between two parties, enforceable by law, and based on the principles of offer and acceptance. A contract or agreement is said to exist when one party offers to execute work or provide services to another party for some form of consideration or remuneration and that party accepts the proposal.
